A turntable motor with a fluid damping system to kill transmission of vibrations sounds like a gimmik for 100.000 + $ turntables. Or a nice DIY trick. Get some balloons. The ones that are small in diameter and sausage shaped. And I'm talking about balloons for kids, not birthcontrol devices! Take three or four, put some talkum powder inside, put the balloons in a ziplock bag and add some more talkum. The talkum powder helps the rubber stabilize so it won't dry out and crack over time. Leave that for a week. Take out the balloons, fill them with shower gel or hair shampoo and close with a knot. Put that between motor and plinth and listen what happens.
